This hentai is based on the manga of the same name by Monorino, which is set in the year 2024. The protagonist of this hentai is a student named Etu. Once they are safe, the hero discovers that the girl’s mask of innocence hides a very different personality.  In fact, Sayako has a split personality, and during the day she is kind and modest, but at night she turns into a passionate, lustful bitch.
